How do I create my account on unokea?
To create a customer's account, please go here. Fill in the required information: your First Name, your Last Name, e-mail address, and then set a password. Finally, please select the 'Register' button located below the registration form.
Is my personal information safe?
I forgot my password. How can I log in?
Go to your login page here and click "Forgot your password?". We will send you a retrieval email with further instructions. Make sure to check your spam folder too.
How can I pay for an order?
You can pay with your credit card (AX, VI, CA or Discover) or via PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Payments are made in USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, CHF. If your local currency is other than mentioned above, please check the currency that you will be charged with by adding a tin sign to the cart. Remember that your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at its rate of exchange.
Will I receive my confirmation e-mail?
Once you place an order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you used to place the order. If you cannot find your order confirmation, please check your spam folder to make sure it is not missing.

How to use a discount code?
In order to use a discount code, you just need to enter the code in the box located below the order details in the cart. Please make sure to enter the discount code before checking out. We wouldn't want you to miss out on saving a few extra bucks!
Can I change or add another item to my order?
After the order has been paid, unfortunately no changes can be made. The only solution is to contact our customer service within 12 hours and inform you of the product to be replaced. Our staff will reply as soon as possible and complete your request. If it takes too long and the order package has been dispatched, please understand us, we cannot change it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I order a tin sign with my own image?
Yes, there is such a possibility. We support customers to customize their own tin sign, you can click here to upload your picture, please provide high-definition pictures to ensure that the final effect of the product will be better.
Can I request a specific or larger size of a tin sign?
We are afraid that we are not capable of printing custom sizes.

Will there be any customs fee applied to my order?
Depending on the destination, there is a possibility of an additional duty fee. Its amount depends on the country's specific regulations. Any costs related to customs duties shall be paid by the buyer.
Why is my payment not successful?
We are sorry to hear that your payment didn't go through. The most common reason tends to be that some banks have some restrictions on foreign payments so we would suggest contacting your bank for more details. We're sorry that your tin sign is defective! If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, be sure to check its contents. After receiving your package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of receiving the package but we will do our best to do it asap.
